Payment is required at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Your payment will only be taken once. If your order is not approved following clinical review, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days.
Once your order has been approved and dispensed by our pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Delivery is available to UK addresses only. We use tracked courier services to ensure safe receipt of your medication.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, incorrect delivery addresses provided by you, or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible via our website or email.
Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medicines, in line with UK pharmacy law and GPhC guidance. This does not affect your statutory rights where medicines are found to be defective or incorrectly supplied.
If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.
